Self-exclusion

Kentucky Lottery / sports wagering self-exclusion tools

Kentucky Lottery Fun Club self-exclusion and sports-wagering self-exclusion are separate—deactivating a Fun Club account does not place you on the sports-wagering list. Fun Club self-exclusion stops access to the Lottery's online games and second-chance promotions. Licensed sports-wagering operators collect exclusion requests (at a licensed premises, on a licensee website or app, or by phone) and the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation compiles them into a list shared with those licensees. That corporation's jurisdiction does not include Kentucky Lottery games.
