Tennessee Sports Wagering Council voluntary online sports wagering self-exclusion

The Tennessee Sports Wagering Council voluntary self-exclusion application opts a person out of online sports wagering with all operators licensed in Tennessee, not one account. The form offers 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year terms. Fantasy sports self-exclusion is separate and is handled with the licensed fantasy sports operator. Some operators may also exclude the person from land-based properties or from wagering in other states.
