Self-exclusion

Wisconsin has no single statewide self-exclusion covering every casino, lottery game, and tribal property. The Tribal-Wide Self-Exclusion Program covers participating tribal venues only. A participating tribe may still require its own enrollment.

Tribal-Wide Self-Exclusion Program (participating tribal venues)

The Tribal-Wide Self-Exclusion Program covers participating tribal gaming venues only. Participation is voluntary for tribal operators, and one enrollment covers those participating venues. Forest County Potawatomi was the first Wisconsin nation to take part. It is not a statewide exclusion from every Wisconsin casino, lottery game, and tribal property.

Enrollment rules are on the official page. This description is not legal advice.
